The Courtyard - Casalguidi embroidery

Inspired by secluded courtyards paved courtyards of Italy featuring intricate knot gardens, this design is a textural treat and long with a feast for the eyes.

From the strength of the courtyard walls enclosing the many individual gardens, to the defined structure of the corner knot gardens and freedom of the flowing stems and leaves of the cornflowers and waving grasses.

Finished size of cushion 43 x 43cm.
