The Florentine Lily - Punto Perugino Cushion

Punto Perugino embroidery is an embroidery style that imitates Perugian weaving of the Umbria region, a traditional jacquard weave that produces a smooth satin-like pattern that stands forward of the main fabric.

The Florentine Lily design incorporates the classic acanthus scrolls alongside a stylised lily motif.  Monogrammed with you choice of initial worked in Sorbello stitch, adding a contrasting texture.  Charts for the full alphabet are included.
